Playing With Sarcoidosis

OK The Elephant in the room yes i have a autoimmune disorder. Its Called Sarcoidosis. Yes it caused my hands to hurt it's horrible. No i don't take pain medicine to play.  I wish it was different and i do stretching exercises everyday. I'm not going to complain. I will play guitar for as long as i'm able to.
